An 8 week Posture Alignment Journey
Date: 4th June - 23rd July, 2023
Live Session Time: 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM every Sunday (IST)
Every Sunday morning, for 8 weeks, we'll have a live Zoom session where we'll connect as a group and get our bodies moving together. I will educate you and lead you through a series of fun exercises and stretches designed to improve your posture and strengthen your bodies. We'll be working on our feet and ankles, knees, hips, shoulders and necks - covering all load bearing joints. As we progress, the exercises may becoming a little more challenging, but they'll still be doable by almost all. We'll have music, laughter, and a positive atmosphere to keep us motivated and engaged.
But the fun doesn't stop there! I've also created an exercise routine for you to follow during the rest of the week, so you can continue to improve your posture and stay on track towards your goals. Consistency is key for this to work for you. Don't worry, it's not a strict or complicated routine - I believe in making these exercises accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
By the end of this workshop, you'll not only have access to the previous routines, you'll also be given a routine that you can continue doing to maintain all the work you've put in.
This is a group workshop and so the exercise routines have been designed keeping all body types in mind. Due to the nature of the program I will not be able to address individual postural concerns but the program should still be very useful for you and could make a big difference.
Ages: 18 yrs and above
Those with current serious injuries or health issues (fractures, sprains, slipped disc, heart issues etc.) should join the program only after checking with a healthcare professional.
At different stages of the program, you'll be given exercises that require you to be able to stand, sit on a chair, lie down on the floor (supine as well as prone), kneel or be on all 4s.

All participants are requested to click their Posture Pictures before the course starts. This will help you notice results at the end of the program. Details of how the pictures need to be clicked will be sent post registration.
All sessions will be recorded. You can watch the replays incase you're unable to attend the live sessions.
You will be required to buy/arrange just a few basic props like yoga blocks & a strap, towels, a chair etc. These will make life easy but you can also find replacement items at home. More details post registration.
