The Yogic Fitness Regimen

DATE: 18th May

TIME: 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM

A series of 31 dynamic processes, rooted in yoga, to invigorate the body and reach peak physical fitness. Angamardana means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. It needs no fitness equipment.

Ages: 8yrs and above

No prior experience of yoga necessary

Pregnant women and people with serious back disease

should not practice Angamardhana.

People with active hernia must do Angamardana with caution.

If any process is not comfortable for them, they should avoid it.
